A letter to all employees

Dear employee friends:

Hello everyone! First of all, thank you all for your hard work over the years! In the 30 years since the company's establishment, we have weathered storms together, forged brilliance together, and written beautiful poems together. From the grand parade viewing platform to the National Grand Theatre of Indonesia, from the Dubai Horse Racing Track to the Friendship Palace in Vietnam, we have gradually transformed from a small private factory into a well-known public seating manufacturing enterprise in the country. However, under the new circumstances, we face new challenges and have new topics to address.

 

1. Self-breakthrough under the new economic situation

As enterprises develop to a certain stage, they will inevitably encounter bottlenecks. If these bottlenecks cannot be broken through, the enterprise will stagnate or even regress. The company is currently experiencing this phenomenon, which on the surface seems to be caused by three years of the pandemic and the overall economic situation. However, the reality is internal management issues within the enterprise, including unclear strategies from senior leadership, ineffective management from middle management, laziness from some employees, and individuals focusing only on personal and departmental interests, harming the company's and overall interests. To solve these problems, we must achieve self-awareness and breakthroughs.

 

2. Awakening new ideas under the new economic situation

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party proposed to improve the system and mechanism for promoting high-quality economic development and to accelerate the advancement of new industrialization. The Xiong'an New Area has proposed to lead the development of high-end and high-tech industries through technological innovation, seize opportunities, gather talent, leverage advantages, and continuously write new chapters of high-quality development. We must earnestly study and comprehend this, find new ideas, awaken new thoughts, and adapt to the overall development plan of the new area.

 

3. Seizing new opportunities under the new economic situation

We must seize the current historical opportunity, leverage local enterprise advantages, and promote enterprise transformation and upgrading. Enhance the technological content of enterprises, collaborate with higher education institutions, and establish R&D centers and academician workstations. Focus on "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" to create industry leaders and small giant enterprises. Utilize space to timely introduce new projects that align with the new area's policies, such as health and wellness. Continuously strengthen efforts in updating concepts, technological R&D, and market expansion, to grow the enterprise, enhance the brand, and strengthen products, contributing to the high-quality development of the local economy.

 

4. Creating new brilliance together under the new economic situation

The achievements of the past have become history; the future needs to be written by ourselves. All employees should keep pace with the times, breathe the same air as the enterprise, share the same destiny, develop together, and strive together. We must abandon bad habits such as selfishness, laziness, superficiality, and complacency, uplift our spirits, work together, strengthen our internal capabilities, solidify our foundations, tighten every screw, and sew every stitch, to create new brilliance for the future together.
