Sharing of testing methods for various materials of lounge chairs, below Shuaikang chairs will introduce to everyone.

1. Wooden components coating, soft and hard surface:

Wear resistance: Test conditions: 1000 revolutions, requirement: not lower than level 2, test method: GB/T 4893.8-1985,

Impact resistance: Test conditions: Impact height h=50mm, requirement: not lower than level 3, test method: GB/T 4893.9-1992,

Adhesion: Test conditions: not lower than level 3, test method: GB/T 4893.4-1985,

2. Metal components coating:

Salt spray resistance: Test conditions: Sodium chloride solution: 3%, requirement: no swelling, bubbling, peeling, rusting, obvious discoloration and loss of luster  , test method: QB/T 1950-1994,

Impact resistance: Test conditions: 3.92 J requirement: no peeling, cracks, wrinkles, test method: CB/T 1732-1993,

Adhesion: not lower than level 3, test method: GB/T 1720-1979,

3. Physical and chemical properties of electroplated layers:

Bonding performance: Test conditions, requirements: The specimen after bending has no peeling or falling off of the coating, test method: QB/T 3821-1999

Salt spray resistance: Test conditions, requirements: Rust spots below 1.5 mm <20 points/dm', among which 1.0 mm rust spots do not exceed 5 points (not counting those within 2mm of the edge corners), test method: GB/T 3325-1995.
