The quality of the processing technology for desks and chairs determines the quality.

The quality of the processing technology for desks and chairs determines the quality.

Everyone can find that with the improvement of teaching standards, the wooden desks and chairs initially used by schools have basically been eliminated, and now most schools use steel height-adjustable desks and chairs. This is because steel desks and chairs are more sturdy and durable than wooden ones.

However, there can also be inferior steel desks and chairs. If some manufacturers have poor production processes, the surface coating of the desks may start to peel off, and the steel parts may rust.

To inform everyone, the correct production process should be: when the steel is brought in, the surface is treated to prevent rust. Before spraying the coating, it must first undergo acid washing to remove oil, using a professional oil removal formula to eliminate the oil on the surface of the steel. Sometimes, if the steel is left for too long, it cannot completely prevent surface rust, so rust removal treatment is necessary. After the oil and rust removal, the surface of the steel will become very smooth. Once this step is completed, to prevent the steel from oxidizing when taken out of the rust removal solution, it needs to undergo phosphating treatment immediately. The surface of the steel treated with phosphating solution is covered with a thin layer of phosphating film, which can effectively prevent oxidation by blocking air. A series of processing steps is then completed. Before the plastic powder is sprayed, it is essential to ensure that the surface of the steel is dry and free of dust, so that the sprayed plastic powder will adhere tightly to the surface of the steel. Even if struck with a hammer, it will not easily fall off.

Desks and chairs produced after strict processing can generally be used for more than 5 years, without the plastic powder peeling off or rusting. Therefore, we recommend that schools carefully investigate the processing technology of the Manufacturer before purchasing desks and chairs. It is essential to clearly check whether the quality meets the standards.
