The seat is mainly composed of iron armrest, plastic cup holder, backrest, seat cushion and connecting turning mechanism.

►►The backrest is made of steel frame and built-in "S" spring, which is durable, not deformed or cracked. The backrest foam is formed by high resilience cold foamed polyurethane mold with a density of 45 kg/m. The back shell is made of modified PP engineering polypropylene molding, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, aging resistance and easy cleaning.

►►The soft core of the seat is molded with high resilience cold foamed polyurethane and steel structure skeleton at one time, with "S" shaped spring built in, and the foam density is 45kg/m3. The seat number can be installed outside the seat cushion according to the number of seats, which can be selected from fluorescent and non-fluorescent.

►►The seat back can be made into two types: fixed and movable. The fixed backrest connection structure is 3mm thick high-strength steel plate stamping and forming, which is durable and not deformed; the movable mechanism spring of the movable backrest is a 3mm thick spring plate, and the limit structure It is 3mm thick high-strength steel plate stamping and forming, and the spring plate life can reach 200000 times.

►►The fixed backrest and movable backrest are provided with three adjustable gears.

►►The overturning mode of the seat cushion adopts a gravity rebound device, the counterweight body and the seat frame are welded into one body, and there is no risk of falling off, and the seat cushion returns to its position accurately, smoothly and with minimal noise.

►►The seat armrest is equipped with a cup holder. The cup holder is molded with high-strength ABS engineering plastic. The outer diameter of the cup holder is 110mm. The upper cover and bottom plate of the cup holder are covered with cloth. The cup holder feels soft and comfortable and can be turned up. The side armrest is equipped with side panels and is covered with cloth, which is beautiful and generous. The anchor fixing bolts are hidden, and the plastic anchor cap is sealed after fixing to reduce dust accumulation, facilitate cleaning, and be stable and beautiful.

►►The iron handrail is made of 1.7mm thick steel pipe by oxygen welding, the rising head is 7mm thick steel plate stamping and forming, the lower anchor is stamping and forming by 2mm thick steel plate mold, and the anchor fixing hole hole distance is 242mm.

►►All metal surfaces of the seat are subject to sandblasting and rust removal, followed by electrostatic powder spray coating for rust prevention.

►►The automatic rebound shaft of the seat adopts 45# high-quality steel rotating shaft, and the shaft frame is a high-strength nylon injection molded part.

►►Seat fabric a variety of colors, varieties for customers to choose and do flame retardant treatment, its combustion performance can reach B1 level flame retardant standard.

►►All connecting fasteners (bolts, nuts, self-tapping nails, rivets, etc.) are made of national standard parts, and the surface is galvanized or blackened for rust prevention.
