Production process

Process flow

A. Metal components: blanking → bending forming → welding → polishing → inspection → plastic spraying → self-inspection → warehousing

B. plastic seat: batching → stirring → mold feeding → melting → film blowing → forming → maintenance → warehousing

Quality Requirements

A. All metal parts shall be treated by sandblasting and derusting, and then electrostatically sprayed after passing the inspection, so as to achieve uniform surface gloss and better anti-corrosion effect.

In-plant production

A. Raw material procurement

Raw materials shall be submitted to the purchasing department for procurement by the technical department according to the requirements of technology and process. when the materials arrive at the factory, the quality inspection department and the warehouse shall check the specifications and materials of the materials one by one according to the purchase list, and check them before they can be put into storage. all materials shall be attached with the certificate of conformity provided by the original manufacturer.

B. blanking

All materials must be blanking in accordance with the design drawings. Metal parts shall be chamfered. After blanking, the quality inspection department shall carry out inspection and store them in categories.

C. Welding and anti-rust treatment of structural parts

All metal welding components shall be welded in strict accordance with the welding operation regulations formulated by the company. There shall be no welding defects such as false welding and leakage welding. The size shall meet the requirements of the drawings. Rust removal and multi-layer anti-rust treatment must be carried out on each structural component.

Inspection process description

Necessary inspection shall be carried out before the hollow seat leaves the factory:

Mechanical test: the seat is placed on the furniture mechanical performance comprehensive testing machine, and the mechanical test is carried out. The test is qualified with 2000N pressure and continuous extrusion for 24h without cracks and deformation.

Weather resistance test: according to GB/T2601-2003, according to GB16422.2-1999 and GB250-1995 tests, plastic laboratory light source exposure test method, using xenon lamp as light source, simulating and strengthening the main factors of natural climate, artificial climate accelerated aging test method, xenon lamp weather resistance test lasts for 1000h, and the appearance color discoloration rating is not less than level 3.

Salt resistance test: the seat shall be placed in a salt bath test chamber, and the seat shall be washed continuously by 3% sodium chloride solution within 24 hours. If there is no bubbling, crack, obvious loss of light and discoloration, the seat shall be deemed as qualified.

High and low temperature resistance test: Place the seat in a 75 ° high temperature test box and a -50 ° low temperature test box respectively. The results show that there is no obvious color change and no surface cracking are qualified.

Flame retardant performance test: use a horizontal and vertical combustion tester to fix one end of a rectangular strip sample on a horizontal or vertical fixture, and expose the other end to a specified test flame. Evaluate the horizontal combustion behavior of the sample by measuring the linear combustion rate; evaluate the vertical combustion behavior of the sample by measuring the remaining flame and afterglow time, combustion range and combustion particle dripping. Seat flame burning time is not more than 30s, and the maximum sum of flame burning and flameless burning time is not more than 60s. Flaming combustion or flameless combustion does not spread to the fixture, and dripping objects are qualified without ignition.

The above tests can be qualified before delivery.
