Structure and Function
The backrest and seat are connected by a bracket, and the seat can be expanded and retracted; the retraction of the seat is driven by a torsion spring; first, install the bracket on site, then fix the crossbar, and finally secure the pre-assembled seats.
Component Material and Process
►The backrest and seat are made of engineering polypropylene (glass fiber reinforced) through injection molding, with added UV stabilizers, and color options available; the back and seat brackets are made of glass fiber reinforced nylon through injection molding, with added UV stabilizers, available in gray or black.
►The connecting crossbar uses 40*60*2mm steel pipes, with a hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment on the surface.
►The bracket is made of cold-rolled plate (5, 6mm) and carbon steel pipe (3mm) welded together, with a hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment on the surface.
►Standard Parts: The prefabricated grandstand bracket connects to the C-shaped groove using hot-dip galvanized T-bolts, and other standard parts are made of stainless steel.
Quality Assurance
Under normal working conditions, the seat can be used for no less than 100,000 times within 5 years, subject to the specific terms of the contract.
