►►Backrest and cushion are polyurethane foam mold molding, foam density of 45kg/m3, soft and comfortable, no deformation. The back shell, backing and seat shell are all made of modified PP engineering polypropylene molding, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, aging resistance and easy cleaning.
►►The seat cushion is lined with wood multilayer board.
►►The seat back is a fixed backrest, and the back shell is load-bearing. The back shell is directly connected to the armrest through a screw. The structure is simple, firm and durable.
►►The overturning mode of the seat cushion adopts a gravity rebound device, and the seat cushion returns to its position accurately, stably and with low noise.
►►The seat armrest is stamped, bent and welded by rolled steel strip. The lower anchor is stamped and formed by a 2mm thick steel plate mold. The anchor fixing hole is 242mm apart. The armrest is equipped with side plates, which are covered with cloth. The upper armrest is made of beech wood. The surface has been painted and polished for many times. It has the characteristics of high strength, beautiful appearance and generous, solid and beautiful.
►►This seat can be assembled with two kinds of wooden and plastic writing boards. The turning mechanism of the writing board is high-strength die-casting aluminum molding, and the structure is stable.
